Warranty

1- Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All Switch Mount products are covered by a 1- Year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended installation.


What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures under normal operating conditions
  • Issues that prevent proper installation when installed as instructed

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion: Replace the product OR provide a refund for the purchase price.


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, surface wear)
  • Damage caused by improper installation or modification
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from exposure to extreme heat, fire, chemicals, or environmental conditions beyond intended use
  • Products installed in a manner not recommended in our install guides
  • Products altered or repaired by anyone other than us


Fitment & Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct vehicle generation and switch type selection at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect fitment selection.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@theswitchmount.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product installed (or uninstalled, if applicable)

We may request the product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.


Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Shipping costs are not covered unless otherwise stated
  • This warranty is non-transferable


Designed for Real-World Use

Our products are designed, tested, and used in real off-road and overland environments. While built to be rugged and durable, all products are subject to limits when used beyond their intended purpose.


Risk & Responsibility

Your use of any The Switch Mount branded products is at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for, and we expressly disclaim, any and all loss, liability or damage resulting from your use of any such product, including damage or loss to the product and any other items or accessories connected to the product.
