Return & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the vehicle-specific nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect vehicle selection, incorrect generation selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, compatibility information, and install guides carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about fitment, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase.

 

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to a shipping or fulfillment error on our part, we will make it right.

Requirements:

• • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the incorrect order
  • Notification must be sent to orders@theswitchmount.com
  • Include your order number and photos of the item received

Once the incorrect item is received back and verified, we will ship the correct replacement at no additional cost.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. Please email us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

All approved cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable credit card and PayPal transaction charges.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
